Plate disc grinding machine
Type: Kuhlmayer LBS
The grinding machine can grind boards up to 2000×10.000mm.
We can grind up to Ra<=0,2µm in surface roughness.
Raw material can be provided or contract work is possible.
Raw material is corrosion resistant austenitic steel.
Tank bottom plasma cutter
Suitable for cutting out stumps on shallow and deep convex vessel bottoms and conical vessel bottoms, for forming edge breaks in welds. The unit operates with a fine jet plasma jet and can be used to make edge cuts up to 45°. These can be V or K chamfers. The thickest punching cross-section is 35 mm and the cut cross-section is 55 mm. The vessel bottom can be marked (e.g. axis of symmetry) or inscribed with a marking of the stubs. Maximum vessel bottom diameter 3200 mm, height 1000 mm.
Laser cutter
It has a 2 m wide x 6 m long cutting table with a 3 kW Fiber Laser power source. Stainless steel sheets can be cut up to 10mm, carbon steel sheets up to 15mm. Aluminium sheets can be cut up to a maximum thickness of 6mm.
Plasma cutter
It has a cutting table 2m wide x 6m long, cutting range: carbon steel up to 55mm, stainless up to 55mm, aluminium up to 25mm.
Hydraulic edge bender:
The plate bending equipment is designed and manufactured for bending flat metal plates up to a maximum material length of 3100 mm, with a maximum force of 120 tons, with adjustable hydraulic pressure. The maximum thickness of the material that can be bent with this force is 6 mm. Down press type.
Profile rolling:
Sheet metal, section, curved, tube, rod, T, NPU, NPI element, for curved bending of copper, stainless, sheet metal materials of various shapes and sizes. Spiral bending of tubes and castings can also be performed.
Hydraulic rolling:
Roller hydraulic plate rolling machines are manufactured for bending plates. The machine can bend closed and semi-closed tubes and cones. The capacity of the machine is determined by the maximum width, wall thickness, diameter and yield point of the workpiece. In carbon steel, a maximum of 35 mm plate can be produced in lengths of 2 m with a diameter of 2000 mm. The same is possible in stainless steel up to 15 mm.
Roller-burner:
The machine has a single machining head ,with two opposing axes, which can be used to cut and flanging plates. By mounting cutting discs on special tapered shafts, it is possible to cut out circular plates up to 8 mm thick, with diameters ranging from 720 mm to 4500 mm. By mounting forming rollers on the same machining head in place of the cutting discs, a perfect flange can be produced on the circular plate. The rounding of the flange depends on the size of the forming rollers, the maximum radius of rounding being 100 mm.
Pipe belt sander:
This machine is designed for grinding stainless steel surfaces. Working range: O40-310 mm; Minimum workpiece length: 1000mm. Minimum surface roughness Ra 0,6-0,4µm.
4 cylinder hydraulic plate rolling machine:
Roller hydraulic plate rolling machines are manufactured for bending plates. The machine is capable of bending closed and semi-closed tubes and cones. The capacity of the machine is determined by the maximum width, wall thickness, diameter and yield point of the workpiece. In carbon steel, a plate of max. 16 mm can be produced in a length of 2 m with a diameter of 2500 mm. The same is possible in stainless steel up to 8 mm.
